In 1984 Unique Embossing Services began production. Our 50,000 square foot facility located in Westmont, Illinois is dedicated to high-speed embossing. We have the ability to produce a multitude of cards while adhering to the highest quality standards. Our quality control staff runs continual checks to ensure the best cards possible.

We have the capability to emboss five lines on a card and the experience to do unique and complex embossing, from foil tipping to clear card and lenticular card embossing and encoding. We work closely with our clients offering different foil colors and substrates, which can cut costs. We do everything possible to make sure that a card in a direct mail piece is a winner, because when it’s embossed it’s unique.

We offer a choice when it comes to the personalization of your cards. We study market trends and invest in high speed imaging and encoding equipment. We have the ability to inkjet and encode both oversized and undersized cards as well as CR-80s, CR-50s, and clear cards.

By maintaining two DataCard engineers we ensure a smooth flow of operations. Our expert engineers maintain machinery and quickly solve any possible problems. Our disaster recovery team is always ready to handle any emergency. All work is backed up by a 24-hour generator and seamless transfer of work to our sister companies.
